Functional Analyst - Oracle Cloud - Procure to Pay

Based remotely a Functional Analyst is required on a contract basis to support and ensure that the business needs are met during the go-live phase of a programme to help land and embed the solution for PTP(Procure to Pay) solution which is operated by the business colleagues and offshore business support team.

Candidates will need to work through an umbrella company for this role.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide support across the PTP business footprint
  • Supplier Masterfile
  • Purchase ordering methods, use of smart forms
  • EDI order placement(B2B) and invoicing with punch-out suppliers
  • Purchase order management / accrual review (
  • Invoice processing methods using scanning - Recurring invoices / PO match invoices / Non-PO invoices
  • Dispute management
  • Payment processing - Payment process profiles / Supplier priorities / Payment methods/
  • Managing end to end integration of purchase orders, receipts and payments
  • Implementing B2B, including set-up, testing and implementation support
  • Supporting suppliers in the use of the supplier portal

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous Experience of
    • Oracle Cloud PTP implementation and support
    • Oracle scanning solution gen 2 preferred
    • Supporting a business immediate post Go-Live
    • Supporting integrations
    • B2B implementation and testing
  • Ability to work in an agile delivery model.
  • Build effective work relationship across the team
  • Team player
  • Future thinking with and curious and open mind
  • High degrees of initiative, accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
  • Able to work at pace and be pragmatic (80:20)
  • Problem solving
